Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver service and support to end users through phone call, via remote connection or over the internet.

Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services.

Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom.

Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions.

Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company.

Accounting knowledge added plus.

Technical Skill Sets

Complete understanding of SDLC/STLC concepts and testing processes.

Desktop application testing experience is must.

Database testing experience is must.

Ability and willingness to communicate with customer for issues/enhancements, Support team.

ERP Domain experience will be a plus.

Experience in writing Test case and execute, Black box.

Software testing experience with Manual testing (Web, Desktop and Mobile application).

English Communication skill is must.
